To establish standardized linguistic frameworks, develop modern terminology, and produce reliable tools and resources that ensure the continuity and practical use of the Cham language across generations and contexts.

Establish and maintain consistent frameworks for Cham orthography, grammar, and usage.

Create, formalize, and organize vocabulary for modern domains so Cham can function across contemporary life.

Produce reliable dictionaries, translation systems, reference materials, and language tools.

Coordination

Bring scholarship, community knowledge, and technical exertise into shared projects with recorded methods and decisions.

Continuity

Maintain resources and train contributors so Cham remains teachable and usable beyond individual projects.

Issue language standards and recommendations through an accountable scholarly process.
